Health
The state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.¹

Chiropractic
Health care genre that focuses on neuromusculoskeletal disorders. A holistic view of health, considering the presentation of a person's entire body & lifestyle, not just "where it hurts."

Chiropractic Adjustment
Designed to reduce the effect of a subluxation. Can be performed by hand or with the use of an instrument. Low-amplitude, high-velocity maneuvers are most commonly performed by Dr. Tom and Dr. Sarah.

Subluxation
Malalignment of a joint, preventing normal motion or diminished innervation to areas of the body. Occurs in the spine and other joints of the body. Often has symptoms that are magnified with pressure, but not always.
